Cultural Blitz

1. Click on the 'Cultural Blitz' button in the upper right corner.
2. The 'Society' overlay will appear with your territories highlighted in your colour.
3. Move your mouse over your territories, the hover text will show you how much culture is immediately added to your total for the amount of gold. Territories get more culture for each adjacent territory you control.
4. If you're not satisfied with any options (for example an adjacent territory will soon come under your control), click the 'X' in the left-side Society menu to cancel the command.

wiki page says "gain Influence for each adjacent Territory already in your sphere";

but with my test it seems to behave like "gain Influence for each adjacent Territory".

Test results: (in Terra Incognita, blitz speed, Ming, Early Modern)

9 adjacency, 2130

8 adjacency, 1860

7 adjacency, 1605

6 adjacency, 1365

5 adjacency, 1125

4 adjacency, 885

In this example, it roughly follows an arithmetic progression with 240 per additional adjacent territory, but increases a little bit more with higher adjacencies.

So rule of thumb: find a territory with most territories adjacent and spam Cultural Blitz on it for Influence points.
