Hi, I purchased your Humankind game and all DLC packages from Epic Games. But when I enter the game, it says that I do not have the deluxe upgrade and therefore I cannot activate it. However, as I said, I also purchased the deluxe upgrade. How can we solve this problem?

Según yo tienes que entrar a tu cuenta de amplifiers dentro del juego para que aparezca tu contenido. El apartado aparece en la parte inferior izquierda.(Anexo imagen de dónde tienes que iniciar sesión)
