None of my in-game achievements are syncing with Xbox game pass on PC a year ago

None of the achievements I have in-game are syncing with my Xbox account on PC. They're also disappearing from the game once I close and reopen it. However, my AI persona is retaining the unlocked abilities. Please advice on how I can fix this issue.
