Humankind fails to start a year ago

Hey all, I've had Humankind for a bit now on steam. I recently attempted to play it on a new computer and I have yet to successfully launch the game. 

When I click play in steam, I get a black screen for a second or two, then the game crashes and returns back to steam. This happens every time I try to launch the game. I can't even get to the loading screen. 

I've tried a few fixes I've seen in the forums but no dice. 

My drivers are up to date, there is literally nothing in my documents folder, I have never played the game on this machine before (so it shouldn't be a save issue) 

Any Ideas?

Missing a few Streamer Avatars 2 years ago

Hey!

Back in 2021, when the game released, I collected quite a few Streamer Avatars through Twitch Drops. Yesterday i saw that the Game was massively discounted on Steam so I finally bought it. But now I saw that I am missing 3 of the Avatars, even though I have them in my Drops Inventory on Twitch. They are also missing on the website here or, more accurately, are featured as "to be unlocked". It wouldn't be a big deal, but one of the three that are missing is one that I really want, so I'd love to get them.

Edit: Solved it by myself by just disconnecting My Twitch Account and linking it again.

All my achievements and their unlocked items/characters from Events are gone :( 2 years ago

As the title says. This is the 2nd time this has happened, whether I am logged into my amplitude acc on Humankind or even log out and log in again. All my achievements and any progress I had from the game events and their items and characters (like Da Vinci, 

Día de los Muertos, Holi) are all gone. All the stuff I owned from the events are gone. 

Since this has already happened before, I really dont feel like achieving everything AGAIN since the first time it wasnt a big deal to me. But this is the 2nd time now! If this keeps happening and I keep losing things and have to achieve them again, it's irritating and disheartening. :(

Please tell me how to fix this issue and get all my achievements and items/characters for all the events back or how to contact support team. I'd appreciate any help! :)
