Other Civilizations and Independent Peoples more active as characters in the game.

The game itself is really well done. I bought it when it wasn't out yet but only in your studios. It has gotten better and better over time. In my humble opinion, one can still slightly improve, in the Political relations between Civilizations, for example trying to find the right compromises above all in the economy. You could broaden the Civilizations by adding Populations that have really made a difference, for example the Etruscans, or the American Indians with various Tribes. I would also try to ensure that an Independent People can become a Civilization spontaneously without disappearing, or disappear following extreme illnesses but leaving culture and wealth to the civilization that is closest to them. I would also appreciate that some Outposts, over time, can advise you to become a City or the opposite, Cities that advise you to merge with others in your area to improve yourself.
