Color code tiles when placing a quarter/building.

I am a new player (I completed a couple of games, I am not a 4x expert). Every time I build a quarter or else, I can't "scan" what is already in place, detailed animations are beautiful...but a bit overwhelming. When I'm building something, highlighted tiles are white, but they could be color-coded instead (green for farmers, orange for industry, blue for research, etc... ). Also, having a hotkey for this filter would be useful to switch on/off the color codes when needed to "read" the situation (like hexagon and FIMS filters).
