New diplomatic screen

I think that diplomatic screen needs the same treaties tree concept as IP’s diplomatic screen. So we could develop our alliance in some one way like science, influence, trade or warmonger. 

Btw, leverage screen seems to be like some part of possible treaties of it.
So, the idea is to use influence to develop your alliances on special treaties tree. You may have some points per alliance lvl, and use them with influence to make proposal to your ally.

Also would be cool if vassal had the same screen, but with some debuffs, so liege had to choose between maximal profit from vassal and vassal’s behaviour on lieges actions towards him
