Allow options to show certain icons while fully zoomed out.

It's pretty simple, while zoomed entirely out to get the greatest view of the land, allow us to have check boxes next to certain things we want to see while zoomed out, if I check "outposts/suburbs" let all those icons pop up, if I checkbox "armies" let them all be seen. If I want to see all my garrisons/workshops/farms whatever it may be, let the player select what they want to be able to see while zoomed out. Thanks.
