Cultural Entente 

- For some reason the AI wont except this deal under any conditions. In games where I am absolutely destroying my ally with influence, I want to help them out by signing this treaty but the AI seems to stubborn to ever sign it.

Stealth Units and Allies

- Whenever I have stealth units in allied territories, the allies will accidentally trigger an ambush by running into my troops. This either shouldn't be possible at all, or there should be another treaty which keeps this from happening.
