A Unit's origin ethnicity (3D Model + Portrait) shouldn't change regardless of Era

I agree, and I'd add more to it:

1) Units should *always* have visuals of the culture they were built as. So no longer you'd build Aztec Knights as Early Modern Ottomans, just because there's no such unit in your new roster.

2) There could be an 'Issue new uniforms' button that would update their visuals, either for individual armies, for purely cosmetic reasons, or at an empire level, that would cost some influence, update all your units' visuals and give 'Patriotic' Status to all cities.

Love the 'issue new uniforms' idea, this is a tidy and compatible addition to this sensible idea.
