An option to evenly distribute players across continents on map generation. 

Why

When me and 2 others are playing in multiplayer almost every game 2 of the players are on the same continent while another is left to their own devices. A one player per continent scenario is something me and my friends have re rolled many a game after the first 10 turns to achieve, but they are really rare.
