Diplomatic Stars should be easier to get

Agreed! I'm always having a hard time collecting Leverage. Most of the time it is not available on the map and, even if it is available, it isn't enough to get a star. Also, the diplomatic agent adds a micromanagement aspect to the game that I'd rather not have. I wish the diplomatic agent was not a unit on the map (just some auto stuff like opening borders) and I wish some diplomatic actions would generate leverage and diplomatic points.
