Preview of mergers

When merging cities, it is not clear how much stability the merged city will have in the end and what the food consumption of the population will be. 

When I merge cities, I always create a save game beforehand because I often have to reload after the merger because either the stability is too low or the food consumption is too high. 

Therefore, a preview of the merger would be very useful, so that you do not always have to reload.
