Allow consoles to inspect

The biggest current problem I have with Humankind on console is the lack of information in game I have about things like what something in the tech tree will give me, or what an ai’s bias means.This means that unless you search something on the wiki, you are left in the dark about most sciences unless it’s something clear like carbines. I think the simplest fix would be to implement it into the already existing inspect function, that way you’re not getting walls of text while looking for a certain tech, but still have the option to do so.
