More Modern/Future Units and AI Tech and Civics

I had an Idea for 2 units the Drone and Mechanical Infantry.

The drone wouldn't require a population  to produce but would instead lock one of your city's population into a "drone pilot" role. You would essentially have an aerial unit that puts less of your citizens at risk. This would lead to a new grievance when used against players that don't have the technology for it unlocked or refuse to build them. It would unlock around if not on the tech for drone-assisted fertilization.

The Mechanical Infantry would be unlocked around the last techs maybe in a new AI oriented tech. In order to build them you must decide on the "Auto Pilot" civic. Your first option is "Remote Piloting" which makes them function like drones. The "Machine Learning" option allows you to construct them for no population cost but there is a 100% increase in grievances for using them.

There would be a follow up civic for building either a few of these units or the automated factory mixed with the AI tech which would give automated factories a stability penalty. The civic would be called "AI Citizenship". 

The first option would be "Grant Citizenship" which would convert 25% of Industry into food but require Mechanical Infantry to require population and reduce the stability debuff of automated factories along with a slight reduction in grievances for using automated units. 

The second option would be "Emotional Inhibitor" which would completely reduce the stability penalty for automated factories but increase the grievances induced by using automated units as well as slightly increasing their combat strength. This option would also lead to narrative events similar if the "profit focus" options was chosen in one of the industrial civics.
