Avatar Makeup and Accessories

I believe that these avatars would be more unique if we could give them makeup or face paint/war paint.  It helps us make them more unique, especially if we want to share our AI Personas.  Accessories would also be a great add on; such as earrings, facial piercings, masks and or face coverings.  It'd be even more amazing if each culture had their own unique accessory and Makeup sets.
