Hi there.

I bought the Emperor pack for endless legend few days ago.

The dlc is correctly applied in game: I have the Faction, and the frozen fang dlc appears in the dlc list.

However I have no way to redeem the code on the site since I have no code at all for it.

At start I thought I should give some time to steam to process the data, but few days have passed, no nothing is happening.

Am I missing something? or does the code is only sent in some circonstances?

Yes I am referring to the that.

I dont have any serial on my steam cd key list for to redeem it here. (I have all other serials, and I have successfuly redeem them, but not the emperor pack one).

The "Emperor edition extension" is missing:

I though it comes with some G2G point of its own, but maybe I am mistaken.

I'm not 100% sure myself, but considering you've got most (all but the Cultists) of the Endless Legend awards listed here http://forums.amplitude-studios.com/xperience.php?go=awards , I think Amplitude Studios' website acknowledged the fact you've got the Emperor Edition, not just the Classic one.

i tried to send a pm to Frogsquadron with keys (5 pcs) of the missing awards, but i got the following error message "The file(s) uploaded were too large to process."

Is there a limit of characters? or must i pay attention to something special?

Hello SpaceVC

First time i copy/paste the keys from steam into the pm and got the error. I also typed the keys in by hand

, the same error occurs. I have not insert any photo or anything else.

Now a few minutes ago the pm was sent.....much traffic!?
