  • Make sure you have actually redeemed your Steam CD keys on your user account: http://www.amplitude-studios.com/user/edit
  • If your awards still don't appear on your profile, please forward Frogsquadron the keys you have used, following this example: “name of the game / name of the award it’s supposed to unlock – XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX”

Is there an amount of time I should consider waiting before sending a PM about missing awards? I redeemed all of my keys a few minutes ago, and my G2G shot up but the badges/etc. never appeared.



Just wondering if they're supposed to appear immediately, or if I should "give it a minute" haha

I registered my Endless Legend key on here a week or so ago, and it gave me points, but no badge. I'm trying to send a pm with my key, but I cannot seem to find the key anymore. It used to show it by looking at the DLC tab in the game's properties menu, but it's not showing anymore. Is there some other way to find my key again?

Tried to send my message to you Saylawl, but I get this error message: Saylawl has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.
