We're checking everything we have, but I can already confirm that you have both Addon (Sophon hero & Community challenge) in your steam library.

We're investigating the issue, and will keep you updated.

My main question is why wasn't this just added as a free download in steam to avoid this issue entirely?

Thank you devs, I had same problem that discussed at here.  That problem has been completely fixed in my case and now I can activate Add-Ons.  I play on Mac too.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and although the DLC now appears in both steam and in-game, the Add-ons are still listed as "coming soon"

Here are screenshots from my game, I can't remember/figure out how to find the Logs, but I'll continue looking ^~^

Also Steam doesn't load the DLC's/Add-ons for Endless Space 2 in the Steam page, but I do have the Add-ons and DLC's; I can provide screenshots from games if you guys need it. 

I am in a similar situation.  Over the weekend, the Addons for both my Mac and Windows install of Endless Space 2 were saying "Coming Soon".  This morning before I went into work I checked my Windows install and it shows check boxes as active for the Sophon Hero, Community Update, Founders, Cravers Prime, etc.  The Mac is still showing all the Add-Ons as "Coming Soon" even though they are linked to my account and working properly in Windows.  I'm wondering if there is an issue where a "this works on Mac" option was broken as part of the Vaulters expansion coming out?

I can't seem to be able to activate the community DLC and that Sophon hero for some reason. It says an error message and that i should contact an administrator. I have linked my account to steam and the DLC appears in the library, but i don't see the content that came with it. No mezari skin, no 6 arm spiral galaxy, nothing. I have bought the Vaulters DLC yesterday because i figured that might solve it, but didn't help either. I have also reinstalled the game but nothing has changed. Could someone tell me what am i doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Can I ask you to screenshot the following bits? This is in your Steam Library:

Then check you are in game version 1.2.1 (bottom left of the main menu).

And finally open the game creation menu and select the United Empire, and screenshot that, too:

What happens when you redeem the content in the badge's rewards here? Select the "Connected to steam" and then redeem both DLC.

Did you check that you've activated everything in the content screen ? (in the main menu)

Could you send us your logs ?

*Diagnostic files (located by default under "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\Documents\Endless Space 2\Temporary Files" -- for Mac users: "User/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/Endless Space 2/Temporary Files") and select the correct file by looking at the name like "Diagnostics - 2016'10'11 @1407'46''" that gives you the date and hour which should correspond to a save file)

*registry

C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\Documents\Endless Space 2\Users\xxxxxxxx\registry.xml

*outputlog

I'm having the same/similar issue, I can't activate any of the Add-ons 

Two other members of the community posted a link and image links on the thread ^^ 

I have all the Add-ons/updates/DLC in my steam library, and everything was working just fine until 12am, January 21st. 

Okay, so, i kept reinstalling the game and steam kept adding all the updatesto my library one by one and now i can see the content in the activator for everything, even things that i dont have (eg the alternative craver skins). I'm now certain it was a mess-up on Valve's side.

I use a Mac and my add-ons only broke once the Vaulters DLC was disabled due to the accidental early release, but before that, I played as the Vaulters and everything was working just fine

Pretty sure there's an 'entry' fee or something (can't remember what it's called) for both games and DLC (Priced differently for each), regardless this could've just been released as a free update instead.

You don't have to download "Updates", those are already in base game, that's why it simply laucnhes the game.

It seems so, but in the same time is very confusing. That's my point.
