Mine has seemed to work now, was having the same problem for a long time.

I already had endless space so instead I'm supposed to be getting more g2g points. Just a note it seems to require me to install Endless Space and I didn't install it during the free weekend. However the installation appears to be working as intended. Not sure about the point bonus though.

Is the reward still marked as not Redeemed on the reward page ?
