Seems, that Sega code doesn't handle Epic's response properly, so it produces an error and doesn't finish the connection on profile.

Hey everyone, we are currently working with Sega to resolve this issue. But fear not at there are no time sensitive reward on Epic, I will keep you updated as soon as it's resolved and you will be able to redeem your Epic rewards at that point.

Same here. Steam connects fine, Epic doesn't, don't get error message, but screen just remains black, tried several times.
