Dungeon of the Endless showed up as "Claimed" even though I don't have it in my library.

Hello.


From the screenshot I see that you redeemed the deep freeze DLC and not DOTE. You need to first redeem DOTE to have it in your library (sometimes you need to restart steam's client to see it appearing)

Alright so I did confused a bit about no game in my library but when I recheck again I just downloaded its addon (or DLC) instead of the game.

So to solve this click the second pic (the main one) claim it and it should be in your library, here is my proof:

I made a mistake of redeeming the DLC first, then claiming the game. The game has not appeared in my " Licenses and product key activation " page. Only DLC.


Now the issue is when i try to reclaim it again, it wont let me. The claim is dimmed and says "Already claimed".


To see if the issue on my end. I claimed some other DLC for Endless Space 2 e.g: Community Challenge Add-on & Muck & Makers Update...both show in licences page in my library in steam.

Further i unlinked my steam account and relinked it again.. the problem persists. 


@ADMIN, any help would be appreciated.Thanks

I was afraid i was going to miss this offer. Reclaimed button appeared and i claimed it again. This time it worked!

Seems to be the case, it says "Temporarily out of stock! We will be re-filling shortly, thanks for your patience." for me.

Got the DLC, but for the full game, I'm met with this message: "A error occurred with your last action. Please reload or contact the administrator if this error continues" (or something to that effect).

I have the same issue. I click on redeem, sign in, allow only to start the cycle again.

I'm getting same issue. Logged in, approved and nothing shows up in steam.

The game says unlocked on steam but I do not see it in my library and got an error when trying to claim
