It looks like the site thinks I claimed it despite it not being in my steam library, so it won't let me try again.

Dungeon of the Endless (DotE) and DotE: Definitive Edition are two different things to Steam. Try looking on that page instead, or searching your library. This happened to me, but turns out it had automatically slotted into my dynamic "rogue-like" collection.

It won't let me turn on newsletter notifications.

I can't even see where i can claim it. i click on the game and it shows me screenshots, on the page it also says it added to my steam but there is nothing added.

I have had a similar issue in that I clicked to redeem, it looks like it's loading through to redeem on steam and then nothing, with no option to redeem again, this is the second time I've had this happen to me as I never got the free copy of Endless Space 2 in the giveaway last year either.  Can't help feeling the system doesn't work terribly well and is a bit too complicated.

Ia am pretty sure I've claimed "Dungeon of the Endless" and the free DLC "Deep Freeze" at the beginning of the giveaway campaign. Today I've checked my Steam account and could only find a license for the main game and the DLC is missing. Does anyone have the same problem?

This is part of the problem... they activated the DLC without the base game, and now they are confused:

Same here.  I signed up just for this.  I'm actually interested in the upcoming Endless Dungeon game, but would definitely like to try Dungeon of the Endless but I don't see anywhere to redeem it.
