Hello, I am facing a problem and need help.

1. Created a new account and linked steam account and received the game.

2. Not added to the library. 

3. Tried turning off steam.

4. Not added.

5. Remembered I had an old one and logged in.

6. Received the game.

7. Not added.

8. Tried to link steam account but got the message 'already linked.'

9. Unlinked new account and also deleted it.

10. Linked the old account with steam but still nothing is added to my library and the game is 'already claimed.'

Please help.

My account settings are all public.
