personality: rational, cunning and persuasive. He enjoys in coversation and discussion, especially if he can educate others and display his ‘intellectual perfection’ (although sometimes he might actally wish to truely help people). 

however he is also deceitful and arrogant, viewing himself as above others but is concious about his image; wishing to uphold his reputation as a 'perfect horatio. He is also paranoid that people are out to reveal his past and sell him out to hostile organisations. 

Expertise: Hacking, AI and computer system repair, communications, social skills (persuasion/HR), sabotage and stealth operations.

Dust related powers: articles of clothing with varying abilities that utilise dust. Gloves that cut an mold metalic and stone objects, a robe that allows the user to [redacted]

Bio: Following his creation on a small, underfunded horatio colony on the eastern edge of the galaxy, he quickly found out he was a deviant. mantovani lacked key knowledge present in most horatio from 'birth' but more importantly, he was just terrible at standard artistic skills. This normally would have had him disposed of immediately by the higher members of his society, however he was gifed in different arts. Arts like lying, copying and convincing others that 'this painting is mine not his'. The latter skill often resulted in the death of his peers for being uncreative and thus ugly.

He could not keep this up for long though and planned his escape from the we. The nature of the plan was finalised following a ‘suprise promotion’ to the rank of support diplomat to the lumeris. Whether such a position existed before mantovani convinced the 'major diplomat' that it did exist doesn’t matter, as he used his new found connections to smuggle himself out of horatio space; for a couple ‘borrowed’ canisters of dust that is.

Horatio blood still pumped through his veins despite his faulty nature, beauty was in his soul, he just needed a way practicing his arts freely without fear of being thrown into an incinerator for low quality. After spending some time as a smuggler working in the UE (no easy feat), He gained citizenship on a pilgrim world and used his time to educate himself in internet and communications technology, AI theory and other such subjects. These felt like something that were easy to learn considering his intellect as a horatio and easy enough of a skill that he can effortlessly complete and get on with whatever artistic piece he was doing beforehand.

mantovani signed on to the saviour to get away from the constant pilgrim preachers barating him (and the WE who he suspected was certan to eventually find out about how he got his fellow horatio executed for the unartistic crimes they didn't commit).

(for why there is no picture 

firstly, mantovani is a horatio which all look the same and constantly change their clothes in esoteric ways.

secondly, believe it or not i am terrible at anything involving technology... ironic)

Y'know, it's funny. It's still Alien's call to let you in, but we have an unnamed Horatio NPC working in IT on the Saviour already. Ghost's character could easily drop in and replace him.

I also edited the character roster to point at the correct links for the character profiles and the new characters. I also silently bumped Decius up to Chief of Security to make sure the brass is made of active people.

Personally, I don't really mind if we're going to have a debriefing or not. It's all up to you guys.
