As I pointed out in a different thread, I feel the names of the other three groups might give us an idea for why Haroshem are classed as "pirates": They are clearly not "primitives", which are likely pre-warp/pre-spaceflight/pre-industrial/pre-arbitrarycutoffpoint civilizations, nor are they technologists, as those would likely be as advanced if not more so as the major factions. Xenos also seems inappropriate, as that may be the category used for factions like the Virus and the Deuyivans and other beings that are incomprehensible to human-like sentience.

The leaves "pirate" as the only category for "warp-capable faction not swearing allegiance to any major faction".

But maybe they just like stealing wheat and barley and all the other grains.





Incidentally, the Haroshem being "pirates" casts the recent vote about the minor faction in a different light.

I have just seen that under the two factions which will come soon there are 2 differents logos (Logos are different for Sophons and Cravers), someone know if it is logo from factions? Or about their behaviour? For instance for Cravers it looks like a ship, doesn't it?
