I dont know man.

The problem when you create such a beautiful lore rich world, you kind of create fans.

I love the lore of the Endless series. Might be the only reason I cant get into other 4x games.

What if Blizzard stopped using Orcs in their Warcraft games? 

I suppose I can understand why you would want to redo ES1 after creating such a masterpiece as Endless Legend. But I dont see a reason why you cant make ES2 without being consistent with EL and ES1. 

And why call it ES2? If its not a sequel...or a prequel.

Or why not just do a sequel if you want to use completely new races.

Because a clone of the original with a handful of improvements is just that. A CLONE.
