You can also make out a slight head-crest on that guy similar to the Z'vali in front of the Craver.

My money is on the robot on the far right. The green guy at the bottom looks amphibious, and the Lumeris already fills that sort of slot in the game.

Looks robotic to me.

I didn't managed to zoom in that far, I thought that was a extension of the Craver's armour.

Right so, lets look back on all the information we have.

1. The last faction would be a new comer.

2. There was a leak some time ago that suggested that the faction is related with time. (Note the name, timelords)

2.5 Howevever, in the hint image, the "name" for the image is pugs.

3. The last faction won't be from the ministry of magic.

Now, the image that Vahouth provided is very interesting, case in point:

In most concept arts, creatures that are not from major or minor factions are not usually repeated. What's interesting about this image is that the green creature on the escalator looks identical to the creature I highlighted in the purple box. If we follow the previous statement where creatures that only exist in concept art do not have a faction ingame, this adds evidence that this green creature will indeed be the next faction. One small thing that I would like to add in, the creature in the purple box seems to be well-hidden compared to the other characters. If a game developer were to give out *hints* to its players, wouldn't it be a bad idea to put the hint in plain sight? Ideally, it should be hidden but not too hard so that no one would be able to find it. Of course, the creature could also be a red herring used to dissuade players from finding the true object. In this case, I would go for the robotic creatures in the right or the strange object/thing/creature next to the creature.

It doesn't look like they're hiding at all. They're either the new faction or the "timelords" aren't actually just one species, but a crowded multicultural empire made up of a bunch of new species.

Or they could just be eco-bots... because why not, we're practically collecting them at this point.

My money is still on the green guys though.

While the green guys with the flat heads definitely appear quite often in concept art as well as the Update 3 promotional art, I'm still not convinced it will be them. They aliens with 3 eyes have appears just as often as the green guys, but I don't think we'll be seeing them as a major faction either.

The only alien in that picture I don't remember ever seeing before would be that weird robot/helmet wearing guy to the right of the Craver, and it's a newer image being released near the end of development, so I doubt they're drawing random generic aliens at this point just to fill scenes. Not saying that means they're the major faction, but considering they're the last brand new faction being released before the game launch, it probably stands that they've been nailing down their art for the faction only in the past couple months, and both the green and three-eyed guys have been showing up in concept art since last year. I suspect those two aliens might have been designs for major faction candidates, but got downgraded to minor factions, much like how the Gnashast were the original look for the Lumeris.

We have less than nine hours to crack this mystery! If we don't discover what the new major faction looks like by then the devs will laugh at us on stream!

My only thought is they're named timelords for a reason, and given that's the name I doubt it has to do with time travel and more to do with something that's just kinda sorta Dr. Who like.

Could just be their story or their ships or some in joke, but the only connection i see in the candidates is that the cyborg thing looks a bit like cybermen.

My money's on the robot dude on the right side. And I'm willing to up the ante on that one by saying that they'll be an Ecologist majority faction starting out with a Scientific minority, cuz I really want that to be a thing haha.

I think they could be pacifists, because Lumeris need economic competition.

The Unfallen will be the pacifists.

The tram. They're all stuck on the tram, despite everything speeding past them. There's the time bending. Well played Amplitude, well played.

I look forward to greeting this new people, and 'turning' them into new patriots.
