Very good thread, I agree with a lot of your suggestions... (sorry for my english, I am another froggies...)

Can I had:

Heroes screens:

If more than 5 heroes, can't scroll, I'am oblige to select the last one on the screen for seeing the others...

Fleet

It would be usefull if we can set a rally point when you construct severals ships in differents systems for making a fleet...

Coupla things I'd like I didn't notice mentioned:

Galaxy View

An infinity symbol next to systems running a conversion, for those of us who don't like going through the Empire View.
Fleet Retrofit, I'd like to be able to retrofit a fleet from the Galaxy View.

Systems Screen

As an alternative to the Conversion Override, make conversions always be last in a queue. For example if I add three Dreads to my main production system which was running Sci conversion, the sci conversion automagically moves to the end of the queue.

couple o' things i'd like to see in ship creation..

-ship size in meters (if only for the story i'm making up fir my conquest)

-alternate skins. i'd LOVE if my cruisers and battleships had a few small differences.

This game is awesome, can't wait for the final build.

Wow, I agree with pretty much everything on this list!

OP just wanted to say great job and you are a cool dude for doing this.

My suggestion would be under the Diplomacy Screen... Perhaps some sort of "Welcome, what do you wish to discuss?" text that would obviously change based on which race you are talking to and what their disposition currently is. Hardly a necessary feature but it might be nice to have a little immersion/lore in the Diplomacy screen.

Also a small typo - Under the Diplomacy Screen "Unfinished Refusals" it says that "its clear this portion is quite finished" when I believe you mean to say "is not quite finished"

Was it Master of Orion (1? 2?) that had that one neutral system with the neutral mega-army that once defeated gave you unique techs? I kinda miss that

You mean the Guardian of Orion and then got 4 out of 8 special techs +, if you had space, that old orionian hero?

I don't think that fits very well into the lore. You'd have to find some techbeast of the virtuals or anything that might have survived, but what?
