I once had a corruption/nepotism problem in my empire, found by a group codenamed "Hardcore Game". -20% FIDS, -10 happiness or something like that. I'm guessing the devs had also hidden some little thingy into that event that alerted them when I got it, simply so they could laugh their asses off at me...

This would be nice, but I'd like that feature to also have the choice of "random," so you're not even sure if they're going to happen and, if so, how often.
