I have reformulated the long posts from Steph'nie into a spreadsheet, and then sorted by priority. So you can see what are the 5-6 things most likely to come in the next release.

Yeah that sounds and looks pretty bad indeed. In that case it indeed might help more to have it in this subforum.

Maybe add some links to that part of the post to the rules? Also adding the proposal rules or at least a link to those to the Forum Rules thread might help, and if just a tiny little bit.

It is already there in the form of the complete version. Since it's ordered, one could scroll to the end of a given section of the list and find all the refused proposals.

I sincerely believe it won't stop many proposers, regardless. Did you have a look at the amount of redirects in the proposal-section? They only last a day.
