I don't know if it will be a thing in Hk, like having the ingame encyclopedia about game mechanics but with a historical comment section.

This, not that its really necessary and doesn't add a lot to the game in itself, make that while playing you can learn stuff, and be educationnal is always a + because its interesting and then you can even more enjoy the cultures you play. This would also allow to nuance how cultures are represented in game are way more complex.

Having some description about the culture would be the most important, then about techs/units i guess

As far as I know, we are going to have historical information in the encyclopedia along with the gameplay information. Unfortunately, I can't yet say more about te specifics of the encyclopedia.

yeah exactly, i'm not sure wether i have been interested in history game because i was interested in history or if i got into history because of game but that a really good start to get into history and learn newcthing

And honestly i have already learnt many things by just looking into potential culture and waht could their design be
