The same thing happened to me. I'm not sure if it's a guaranteed solution, but I clicked between the tabs that read "REWARDS", "TITLES", "AVATARS", etc, and then clicked back onto "REWARDS" where you click the "Sync" button. It worked for me after that. Then, the Lucy OpenDev thing didn't show up immediately, so I just clicked through the tabs again and once I had clicked back onto "REWARDS", it was there again. Hope this works for you like it did for me
