Where is the Lucy Opendev? I have preordered the game on Steam and linked my account to Games2gether however Lucy Opendev does not appear in my rewards tab. I have resycned the accounts and reloaded the page a bunch. Is there any explanation to this? I saw somewhere online that it would not be available until 9:00 central time but it seems like it is open now. Why hasn't it shown up and how can I play it?

I got it in a Twitch drop. Signed up for an account and linked everything. I'm going to wait a bit and see if it's just taking time to process.

I also found it by clicking on my profile in the top bar on the games2gether page.  Then in the profile click on the 5th tab...rewards.  Then there under full games was the lucy open dev screen with a now available link that will take you thru the process of redeeming the reward.

For all of you that have the Lucy badge here, go here : https://www.games2gether.com/profile/me/rewards and click on the Open Dev Lucy picture, and then click on the lower right button to redeem on steam.

For people that have peordered on Steam: Make sure in your steam settings that your profile is public, resync steam on the reward page and then you should go to reward page.

For people having some issues after the Twitch Drop we are looking into an issue that some people seems to have.

The open beta showed up as a separate game in my steam library under the original humankind.

Had to redeem this twice, going through my profile and redeeming to steam. Hope its worth it.  

If you have redeemed your reward here and don't find anything in your steam library, search for Lucy through steam - you can download and play from there, even if it doesn't appear in your steam library.

I have tried everything and nothing works.  It really should not be this difficult.

I went to https://www.games2gether.com/profile/me/rewards and found the link to redeem it on steam. I clicked it and then it asked for me to do my steam sign-in. the sign-in worked and I then was asked this

I clicked "allow" and then it took me back to the link to redeem it on steam and an error came up saying "An error occured with your last action. Please reload or contact an administrator if this error persists."

I've tried the same thing several times and reloaded the page.... where do I go from here?

"Edit" I restarted my pc and somehow its now redeemed and Im downloading the game off steam by finding it in the store search under "lucy" like the other guy said 

I pre-purchased this on steam and got the email that this lucy open dev was available, and i've completed all of the steps, but I don't see this in my rewards.

1) I've tried unlinking-relinking my steam

2) I've synced many times

3) I've logged in and out of Games2Gether

4) I've logged in and out of steam

Nothing seems to work, anyone have any ideas?

im still not able to get the open dev. i keep seeing things about the lucy badge??? i don't seem to have that on here. I pre-ordered the game on steam months ago. but im not seeing any rewards links. ive tried all the things you guys posted as "fixes" but nothing is working. 

Try disabling AdBlock if redeeming access on Steam fails.

be email about lucy opendev but not there.

what worked for me.

1. restart computer

2. open a tab, log into steam, keep it open.

3. refresh link from g2g account

4. wait a minute.

5. reward select from g2g. steam tab should still be open

6. allow and retrieve.

download in desktop app

i think you can only get access by watching some twitch streams first for 3 hrs or somethin?
