Got an issue, where my game crashes every time (reloaded the savegame, even a few rounds further back) i want to go to turn 81. Sadly I cant see the error, as it disappears too fast. Anyone else having similar problems?

I got several crashes as well around turn 70-90 I'd say but I could just load the save and continue.
I couldn't see the error either.

coincidentally crashed at turn 81 also, just researched trade expeditions;  reloaded save for turn 80 and didn't crash the next time
