Leader is one of main selling of strategy games and i  humankind system is good that we can make the way we like but they need some extra work because:

They all have same personality and body language make little uninteresting because they all seems to be same. 

Like in  civ we can see a difference in personality and body language.

If this can happen to random leader it will make game interesting.
