Have we heard any news regarding the votes for the Day 1 Mod?

its been a decent while since the first vote and the game is supposed to come out "soon", but despite this we haven't heard anything regarding a second Voting round.

I think they will delay It again /:

(I have different reasons to believe this but im too tired to write them all down, and you propably you know most of them anyway(if not just ask me and I will tell you tomorrow))

But hopefully in the time we can play some sort of open dev that goes from the nomadic tribe until the industrial era.

Sometimes no new is good news. I don't think the game is going to get delayed, I just think they are working really hard on it at the moment to get it polished for release. Though if the game had to get delayed for the sake of content and quality I'm all for it. They want to get the best possible release they can do cause that very important.

Who can really say? Both the announced DLC for Endless Legend and Endless Space 2 were delayed due to COVID and they were both due last month. those were "just" events for these games and don't have any new features. The announcement that they were delayed was made on Feb 25th so it's not utterly beyond the realms of all possibility that they will announce the release will be delayed too in April.

I sincerely hope this doesn't happen but if they have to, they could sweeten it by allowing us another open dev.

Here's what the developers wrote in Reddit: "As others have said, there will probably be another opportunity to test the game before release. We're not yet ready to say what shape that might take, though. "
