First time playing an OpenDev, had some but not too much experience with Endless Legends and Space in the past. Here are two brief thoughts:

Please make regions appear on the map when you scroll out, it makes peace deals an absolute headache when trying to figure out what peace deals makes the best sense for your empire.

Please tweak the pacing a bit, it makes it hard to enjoy each individual age because it was too quick; I didn't have time to put down the Zhou emblem districts for each territory, for example.

I enjoy everything this game has had to offer so far, and these are my biggest nitpicks. Thanks!

You can always delay the change of the era because the choice to change the era is very optional after the first. Or you can just transcend the same nation.

My most nitpicks are some things are not properly explained.

Peaceful Annexion: Army needs to be placed on a valid tile. What is a valid tile? It is not explained (it is the Outpost Tile). How do you annex an attached territory? Seems to be only possible by having open borders.

Region Names should be shown in some way on the map. 

The explanation and consequences of influence and culture are not explained well. The effects (high/low) should be clear to the players.

Some parts of the UI feel too big (city UI mainly) even if you scaled it down a bit. 

Animation time of the notifications at the bottom are too high. The window should be shown faster

Some religious tenets are too strong (those with per state religion follower). It should be multiplied be the civic which govern Tradition/Progress (because I consider Faith more Traditional than progressive.
