After I built my first city, I was rendered unable to upgrade any more outposts into cities. The option in the construction queue was simply not there anymore. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled to see if there was an issue on my end, but I got no results. Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something.

Do you have a savefile of the turn you noticed that ?

After shrinking the interface size as well as minimizing the districts menu, there is a lack of an infrastructure menu.

I guess I'll have to wait for my post in the bug report menu to get any traction.

I found out the issue. The issue is that the button that says "View Only Constructible" was toggled, meaning that it completely hid the city because I lacked the influence. I propose that this should be turned off by default.

I think it is turned off by default, in any case, it wasn't turned on when I loaded your savefile ;)

I was going insane trying to figure this out. 

Now just have to figure out how to earn 160 influence.
