I had lots of issues getting the Victor open dev running so I only start yesterday and I played Tribal then Myceans and I had saved before choosing a new culture (something akin to 60 turns total)
What can be improved :
Show what the anomaly explored yielded, the notification will not tell you that info you have to see the popup when it appears
Show what are we gaining from trade, what are we trading e.g. from a screen that you can go back to, not the notifications.
As a merchant civ, I would like to see what bonus I'm gaining from it. No trade mention in trade revenue even though I have a trade route.
When merging territories, the district from the attached outpost should exploit the land from the attached city imo
Foreign war declared! The notification doesn't tell from whom nor against whom it is. Also notification I have started war often when pushing back tribesmen but no real war is declared.
The construction queue does not work in outposts.
It is hard to find the name of provinces, I often have no idea which provinces is the subject of a notification.
No tooltip explaining why I can't propose an alliance
(not from my playthrough but from others I have watched) the repetition of the same district needs to show higher model diversity instead of the same carpet, the game is beautiful but that kind of city sprawling is not.
Little Bugs :
Coastal water that appeared as desert/sterile land 'with different elevation
The demande Give "Gomesia" has a the locate icon but isn't clickable
Animation Debug dialogue showing up when accepting demands

Game-Breaking Bug :
Only the top 10% and bottom 30% of the screen becomes clickable/zoomable interagible, probably ghost overlay stops the clicks
I am no longer able to do anything in the middle of the screen
Things I tried to resolve it:
Save and reload, try autosave (current (40), 36, 30, 9))
Quit and relaunch the game
Verify Files Integrity with Steam
Launch the game in windowed mode --> This one fixed it!
Bugs happen again whenever my Harappan neighbor demands one of my territories
every time to fix it I had to exit playthrough and go from Fullscreen to window (didn't work if I changed it during playthrough)
Thank you for letting me play this great game. I hope we get a polished version in August.
I loved the jab at Civilization (which I love) in the difficulty setting. I hope the IA proves to be better. Keep up the good work
(Love that game also, but the AI is so absolutely incompetent. Those devs seem incapable of programming an AI that can actually use most of the game's mechanics)
This review pretty much summarizes my feedback, so I'll just add 2 cents to it:
Faith tooltips are colored in yellow, and tooltip background is white, which makes bright yellow unreadable
Yield icons behave inconsistently (they show full yields when no districts are placed nearby, yet they only show exploited yields when a district is nearby), it is very confusing
Tooltips overall are lacking the "how to improve" section. For example, for population the section could be "have more food per turn, sacrifice units, etc.". Show the player how to get what he/she wants! :)
