I've looked in my rewards sections, also tried to unlink and relink my Steam account and yet there's no Victor OpenDev. On Steam it doesn't indicate that it's over, anyone able to help? 

And yes, I've pre-purchased it already

Its been over for a while. The Steam announcement (that pops up first for anyone with the game purchased) says Victor OpenDev Available Now. However if you open the article it says from April 22nd to May 3rd.

I've seen a few other people on these forums, and the Steam forums get confused by that.
