Will turns in strategy mode be simultaneous or sequential?

Will there be PvP or coop or both?

Will multiplayer be available on release?

Will there be matchmaking system?

In 4x genre, I'm more into competition and strategy rather than experiencing journey, and I know I'm not the only one, so these bits of information are what I'm looking for the most right now. As the rest of the game looks very promising and hits the right spots for me.
