Hi All,

Accounts are linked and verified as well as recently synced up but the Beta drop isn't showing in my steam, I have claimed this from Twitch.

Anyone had this issue and got any ideas?

By sheer luck I've sorted this.

Unlinked Twitch account and then linked it back up again. Must of caused a fresh sync as it come through.

Same problem and your solution didn't work, we just have to link the steam and twitch account and then we're supposed to have the game on steam if we have the drops, right? Or did I miss something?

Well, I had missed exactly what you missed so here is the final step - go to the rewards page (top right, the gift icon), and click redeem Humankind which should be the top reward.

To summarise:

A) link twitch to g2g.

B) link g2g to Steam
c) watch cool streams

d) earn the closed beta drop

e) go to your rewards page and click redeem on open beta, then click yes for providing access to steam.
