1. Question: I was winning a war in the open beta. the enemy was nearly defeated (no citys left, only a vassal /  nearly no war-points). but then the AI try to surrender, but only for the 2 demands (gold) I had before the war, no city no vassal of him. because of the bad deal I said "no deal" and he gets "war-score" for free. one round later he ask again, then again. so he gets "war-score" forever.... after 3 times I accepted, in my opinion "white-peace". but get nothing than gold. is this intended?

2. Question. how can I free a vassal of my enemy? do I have to made demands before war, if yes: how?

in my Opinion, it is very hard to understand how the war resolution screen works. And what do you have to do to get certain areas or vassals.
