Not like they should be bounded by that, but on the other hand it would feel a bit weird having different number of available options with every new era. Though we all must admit that some era's extremely lacking of specific cultures (hey there, ms.contemporary era with 1 merchant and no warmongers), so in my eyes their best bet is to look into which era lacks which cultures and then deliver these with DLC.

As for my ideas, what I have is:
- Slavs, as a single entity can be added alongside Goth and Celts to show more Roman influensed culters and reprisent pretty big chunk of Balkans and Eastern Europe. As for the spec they pretty sure can be Agrarians.
- North Koreans as Contemporary Era Warmoners, though they are hard to impliment without Southern Koreans, which migh end up being a modern Japan clone.
- Isreal or Jewish people, but the catch here is that would be hard to decide on spec, since jews historically being more on a Merchant side, while modern day Isreal might end up as both Sceintist or defence-focused Warmonger.
- Gypsies, I think they can make a great  Aesthete given their unique way of keeping close culturally tied to each other while not having a state of thier own. But they are, much as jews, a hard to pind down on the Eras time line.
