I can't seem to turn on vsync (greyed out) at the Settings menu. How do I turn it on? (Running it via Steam)

You need to turn off "enable fps lock", then vsync should become available to toggle on and off.

I am finding that disabling VSync in game and enabling it via NVidia CP makes for a better performance.
