This... please!! You promised native Stadia support and now it's looking more like you're treating Stadia like an afterthought. I understand that you might be running into technical difficulties, but you're still leaving people who purchased the same game for the same prize out of updates and events. We're not getting the same (full) product everybody else is getting. 


I'd rather buy it on Steam now... get the updates, enjoy the mods... now I get a version that I know will be 4 months old!?.. come on :(

This is the only game I have on it cuz I can play it on my TV,  pc, or note phone. Liked the flexibility. Don't understand the lack of commitment

Hope you won't be crunching during holidays. I understand the pipeline problems all too well, yet I also hope they're being addressed properly on the right level, the delayed patches being symptoms of a systems ailment.

I also appreciate getting a quality patch with no known major issue being present, but most of all I enjoy being told about how the progress is coming along. I believe that to me, getting bad news still would be better than having no news.

So do we still have to expect something this week ?


Guys, it becomes ridiculus.. I understand that Stadia has a specific process, but for now I paid a game I can't play with ! Without this patch, the balance is just not right and unplayable.

I should have followed my moment that was septic about Stadia. And I am more disappointed with Amplitude about the management of your clients and community.


Can you please share the refund process ?

Yes this is Christmas week, that's why I wanted to play with the last updates after weeks of commitment and recommitment.


Same price, same expectation, that's simple as that. And I don't think I'm hard on them, I've been patient.

Any news on the update? Achievements are really buggy. Finally finished a game with all stars achieved: no achievement popped... BECAUSE I HAD TO SAVE AND LAOD THE GAME? Bro, it took me 2 days.

I can swallow waiting until April for the next update. The fact they're comitting to an update down the road instead of just abandoning the platform is a tiny bit reassuring.

But man, we really need the version number somewhere so we can tell if the game has been updated.

Firstly, let me apologize for not keeping you up to date.

As you may have noticed, the planned patch did not release before the holidays. We discovered a major issue at such short notice that we could not hope to fix it in time for a release before the holidays. Unfortunately, this was found at such short notice that our community team was no longer at the office to react.

Secondly, this issue has turned out more problematic than estimated when first discovered, so we did not manage to fi it for an early January patch, either. We now expect the patch to release in late January.

Can you share more about the nature of this issue? Will solving this issue in January make future updates easier or more timely? Thanks

Regardless of this patch, will it be possible to get the DLC when it is released on January 20? The post describing it does not mention the Stadia version... If not, can you tell us when it will be released on Stadia? Unless it will arrive at the same time as the April patch?

Maybe that issue should go in its own thread, but nvm, here we are. 


The YouTube videos that were just published have the Stadia logo, at least. 


I'm absolutely interested in pre-ordering Cultures of Africa at a discounted price from the Stadia store, no matter when the add-on actually becomes available for playing. I can't see it on there yet, so unless I hear otherwise from this forum, I guess I'll be checking daily until January 20th.

Shame we're missing out on the first DLC. I wonder what the issue was - The game runs, so maybe there's something going on on google's end.
