i just started playing the game since like 2-3 days, made some solo games, and decided to play a game online. but i always get kícked out of the lobby. and idk why. i do press ready, as soon as i am in the lobby. i had the same problem in civ6, when i asked this exact question in the steam forum, people told me it probably is bc my name, which just was a icon, and dont show correct ingame, and/or people think i am a noob or cheat or something? but here i have a name, its "C" in game atm, so i rly dont know what the reason is, and if i do something wrong. cause they could just make the lobby private if they dont want others in general to join, and i always get kicked first, so i assume its something with me? its kinda a bad feeling and i just want to play, and not always create a new lobby for that and wait for others so i dont get kicked, like i did in civ then.. does anyone have a clue, or is the humankind community just generally toxic or something?

When you create a multiplayer game, it's open for all. I think most people forgive to change this parameter when they are waiting for their friends.
