Hello, goooood morning.

I play HUMANKIND since 18 hours on PC, win 11 all Updats and i have bought all AddOns of the game. 

I theoretically have the influence requirements to turn an outpost into a city, but the option to do so doesn't show up in the outpost's infrastructures. I keep thinking that this will pass, but it doesn't.  I play as an egypt man - so i must can build towns, and i cant see any option to build.

I'm playing on steam, and have already verified the game files. 

Is there anyone who can help me please?

so strange because I opened the save and it worked for me.

Perhaps you are in the wrong place, based on your image, you need to click on Olaran and you have on the right side the button
