Summary / Title: "Close to War" Notification but No War
Description: I received a notification that I'm close to war victory even though I'm not at war with anyone. I suspect it's due to my alliance with two other empires, but I do notice that the war score keeps going down as I keep the alliance
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter into an alliance (my assumption). 2. Wait a few turns
Chiming in with that I have the same notifications, with the same reproducibility. The game also pings me to say that I am losing the war with my allied militarist AI. Guess it has something to do with the war support mechanics when in alliance.
